Sponsor registration payments processed through the University of South Florida Foundation, will be provided tax receipts from the Foundation, once payment is processed. The amount of payment less the fair market value of goods and services received may be tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Sponsor registration payments made directly to Philanthropy Partners will not qualify as a charitable donation but may qualify as a business expense. Pursuant to IRS guidelines, support is defined as a "Qualified Sponsorship", which means no endorsement of your business, qualitative of comparative language, price information or indication of savings or value can be included in written words or in program remarks. In essence, your organization can be acknowledged through simple use of your names, logo and location, but no message that promotes or markets any trade or business, or any service, facility or product is permissible. Please consult your tax advisor to confirm tax status. Net proceeds of the event will be used to support programs and projects of USF Athletics or to fund the Linda and Randy Simmons Athletic Scholarship Endowment, other athletic scholarships or other support to USF Student Athletes.
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: Event to be held or shine. Shooting will be ceased if lightning nearby. Guns will not be provided by event organizer. Each shooter is responsible to provide their own gun or arrange to share with their team members. A limited number of guns will be available for rental through Tampa Bay Sporting Clays and can be reserved by calling 813-929-6200. All participants must sign liability releases prior to entry to the shooting course. Releases for this event are available for download on this page. No one under the age of 18 may participate in the event.
